It’s food that is often taken for granted, often neglected and in some cases forgotten.

Its taking that food and celebrating and sharing it, no modern twists, no need to feel as though we have to impart our own spin, just simply sourcing the best ingredients to make it and then presenting it in a way that celebrates it.

A belief that this food has an emotional connection with us, and that so many cultures have similar but different variations on their Lovefood that you can feel familiar with a dish even though you may never have seen it before.
